Coffee County Arts Alliance contributes to the betterment of the community by offering our citizens an opportunity to attend cultural activities near home at an affordable price.  CCAA is the only continuing source in the community for visual arts and crafts, and a variety of music, dance and drama.  Featuring professional artists, our programs include Alabama artists, children's entertainment, symphonies, choirs, plays and other types of entertainment geared for all ages and cultures.  The Arts Alliance also brings a variety of educational programs into the school systems of Coffee County to enrich our students' lives and expose them to the arts.  The annual Piney Woods Arts Festival has become a much-anticipated event for our community.

As a non-profit organization, CCAA depends on the generous support of the community for its continuation.  Income is generated through memberships, tickets, grant-writing, and donations.  Our expenses include the actual performance fees for the artists we book.  There are also technical expenses, publicity, housing and general operating expenses.  The Arts Alliance is run by a volunteer Board of Directors.  This Board consists of men and women in our community who work diligently to bring the best performance series possible each year.

In an effort to maintain the financial stability of CCAA and continue to bring quality performances to the community, a Corporate Sponsorship program has been developed.  This sponsorship allows local businesses to become directly involved in the Arts Alliance and contribute to the growth of our community.  It also allows CCAA to reach its goal of uniting the leadership of the county for the advancement of the Arts.

The following levels for corporate sponsors are available:

$500-$l499 - Bronze

$1500-$2499 - Silver

$2500-$4999 - Gold

$5000 and above - Platinum

 

Each group of sponsors will be recognized in all event programs and receive a limited number of tickets to each event.  All corporate sponsors will be credited in the initial season publicity and receive invitations to receptions held during the season.  Gold sponsors will be listed as a co-sponsor for an individual performance of their choice, and will be included in all publicity for that event.  Events will be chosen on a first come, first serve basis.  CCAA is a non-profit organization.  Tax exemption number available upon donation.
